DONT FOLLOW UP ON THEIR QUERIES

3 days after writing a review here at hello peter an agent named Andile called me to say say my money will be refunded they just need proof of payment and he gave me an email address to send to and never contacted me again to follow up After 5 days i called the dstv again to find out why am still not refunded then spoke to Sindisiwe who said my refund is captured am still not refunded no one is telling why they not refunding me because they debited late and eft them after noticing the debit did to go off the normal time it normally does. They have a very bad customer service and does not follow up on their queries especially Andile who deals with queries did not even apologies for the inconvenience
