DON'T EVER SIGN A DEBIT ORDER WITH DSTV

I signed a debit order with DSTV 2 months ago for a price freeze for 24 months at R850 per month. They have deducted R950 instead for the last 2 months. I called them and they promised to rectify, but haven't. I know from previous experience for many years that with DSTV NOTHING gets sorted out. They are the worst in customer service.
