Don't do a debit order because they easily take much more than your subscription fee

Dstv multichoice stole my husband's money out of his account. They debited more then double what our subscription was, on a day it was the last money. We called the call center, they said we have to wait 5 days for the money to get back to our account, and they said that a supervisor will call us back with feedback, that was a week ago. We had to get a airtime advance to phone them, we had to borrow money ey because it was our last money, on top of that we had to drive out our petrol to go to them. They told us now that we must wait 2 days for the money. I ask a statement , did not get one. Asked to speak to a supervisor, we could not speak to a supervisor. We want to know who authorized this debit, we can't get that info either. Don't do a debit order because they can easily take more then your subscription fee.
