don't charge insurance & don't replace with new unit

hi I have a dstv decoder & I pay insurance or decoder care as they call & everytime I have a problem with decoder multichoice always give a refurbished 1 which works fine for a week or so & then it needs reboot every day at least 3 times ... I have 100% signal strength & over 80% signal quality but it still freeze. I am a pensioner & wheen my son moved he left the decoder & pays for dstv. he works shifts & don't have time to take it to the walk in centre the previous decoder was a problem & he only changed it after about 4 months coz I kept on complaining of very low signal when he asked why can't we get a new unit coz he is paying for insurance they say they can't give new so we must take refurbished unit & sit with problem again & again &again. to top it all they show animated programs all day & repeat movies every 2/3 months & every year they charging more & more for flipping ******* in my younger days I saw so many movies so why can't they show good movies and stop this animated **** & repeat. anyway when my son sent them a message they never ever rep**** because when you phone call center it just run up your bill so now my son bought me a smart TV & said he will stop paying dstv & put wi-fi & show me how to stream & watch what I want too watch so I think it's a good idea as they always give you repaired unit which is just a waste of time this assholes just rob people with the programs which is made for little minds coz it amuse these young ****s sick & tired of multichoice & the ******* they show us.
