We're at the end of March already, I've requested that you guys come and collect your useless router, no response to date. I will not be paying for internet that never worked. The amount due to you for internet is R310 as I requested it because I had something important to do. Please sort yourselves out. Are you not ashamed of your NPS score, I'm surprised you are still operational.
