Don't care about its customers and ignore queries
MultiChoice is operating on double standards when it comes to customer service. There are those customers who are ignored and not taken seriously, and those who matter. I think it's best for MultiChoice to put up a Disclaimer of which of their customers they service and which, they do not. That way it would be honest.
