Dont Care about Customers

I've been a subscriber with DSTV for more than 20 Years<br> After being loyal to DSTV for so long and had to find out that they don't care about customers is shocking<br> Multichoice rep**** to my complaint stating that they will respond within 24hours, No Phone call No apology Gosh I am so disgusted.<br> I am extremely appalled at the level of customer service I have received from Multichoice.They probably believe they do not need customers.<br> key deliverables are customer service and I firmly believe you will not achieve this target due to the current service offerings.<br> This is simply awful and beyond pathetic
