Dont buy the Explorer - hang onto your old PVR!!!!

I ordered the new package deal from DPP where you get an Explorer delivered for free and premium subscription for 2 year @ R849 p/m. Then I also went and bought another Explorer for extra view as the Explorer doesn't offer this service as per the old PVR. We had both decoders installed on the 30th of October. We have not been able to use either of the decoders to their full potential due to continuous error codes. Apparently I am not a premium subscriber!!! I have been a Premium subscriber for 13 years. I cant record, pause, rewind or forward. I don't have access to Box Office (I requested that my old BO account be transferred or at least the funds), no access to Catch Up or recordings. I have made 7 calls from the 30th to date to try and have this sorted out, still no satisfaction. Getting the Explorer is no fun at all!!! Wish someone would sort this out as I am paying a Premium subscription from the 30th of October for this \special"deal."""
