Don't buy Dstv internet they are ****mers

My issue is still with Dstv internet, its the 5th month now still being ****med by these people, paying for data but they never load it. They always say the same thing that they are escalating the problem and promise to fix it which they never do. When you want to cancel they tell you they will charge you R1800 for the router, what about my money that I have been paying for the past months without receiving the service I'm paying for. I would not recommend it to anyone. And they have lost me as a customer.
