Don't buy anything from DSTV (Multichoice)

On April 4, 2024 I ordered and paid for a LNB online from DSTV. I received a confirmation notice that my MultiChoice order is confirmed. After about a week I asked when I could expect delivery and was told that no stock was available and i would be contacted when stock was available. Needless to say this didnot happen and I contacted the DSTV helpline on numerous occasions without any progress being made to resolve my problem. It is almost two months since placing the order and it still has not been delivered or a refund being offered. The hepdesk agents have been very apologetic but seem not to follow up to reslove this problem. Each time they have reported that progress had been made, I have to again contact them to ask what is happening, with no positive responses.
