Don't believe the promotional promises! DSTV

I signed up with a 6month promotion of R199 per month from end Desember 2023 for the full premium stream. After 3 months they start billing me R699. I lodged complaints to no avail. First they said the promotion is only for three months. Then I send them the promotional e-mail that stand 6 month from where I used a link to sign up.

After they received the e-mail and could not believe it is actually 6 months they only said they have escalated the problem. Since then no answer back from them. I tried 3 times and everything just that it is escalated untill I eventually canceled my subscription.

So sad that, that is the service one of our top companies is giving to customers and not even keep to the promotional promises.

I did not even bother to take the rest.
