Doing business with *******

I'm really disappointed in the service that I have received lately. I canceled my subscription in the middle of May until further notice due to me not staying at my place during lock down and not being able to afford the subscription until I receive an income again. I have an email accepting this, but for some reason, unbeknown to me, the account was reactivated on 26th of May without requesting to do so. There's is no one in that house and all power is disconnected so I would not know it's connected. I now receive a bill from dstv requesting payment for these days. When I called in for assistance, they were not able to assist and needed to check with a supervisor. I was placed in hold for over 30 mins before they disconnected my call. It seems that we are doing business with *******. How can this be ethical.
