Does Tebogo Thobejane still work at Multichoice or he just doesn't respect his job?

Still waiting for them to contact me as I paid a service but to date I am suspended. I have emailed Tebogo Thobejane who has not bothered to return my email after he requested I send him my bank statement proving that I paid and nothing was returned. Exactly why do people pay when they still get suspended and no one bothers to actually assist?
