Does service exist at DSTV

I visited Multichoice Randburg today wasted a hour as the problem still persisted when I got home. We called the contact centre, worse mistake ever . First call 28 min agent makes us unplug everything puts us back into the pilot. Second call 30 min only to find out extra view has been cancelled and call is cut. Not one of the 3 consultants even tried to call us. We pay you guys so much monthly and this is the service. Your service has gone seriously down the drain.
