Do your job as you said you would in the interview

I have never been this disgusted with such incompetence and disrespect from Thandazile and the other lady who didn't give me her name of which during my calling she had the nerve to drop the phone on me. As for Thandazile she was giggling and distracted from the time she said hello and made me hold for 5mins for a job that Sbongile did without making me hold of which naye she was rude in her own manner that didn't rage my temper as like the 2 agents before her. I am in total disappointed in such abrupt and incompetence from agent who don't practice T.C.F of which i know for a fact that it is embodied knowledge that laws the workplace strictly and i can take this matter further.
