Do you have any competent staff

Multichoice you are the absolute pits!! Months after I have cancelled all our services you hand us over to Blake and Associates for fees outstanding. I personally called your call centre, spoke to Evelin Mahlungu on the 7th of February 2022 and cancelled everything. Why then do we owe you any money? My goodness, why is it sooooo difficult to get rid of you guys?? And yes, I do expect a call from you to resolve this matter!
