Do you actually know what you're doing??

I phoned multichoice to find out when my current price lock contract ends, I was told the 19 November. So I asked if I could then apply for the new contract. Yes that's fine No problem. Decoder gets delivered. I phone multichoice to cancel the current payment plan as told by the call center agent. The lady then tells me that cannot be done. She escalted to accounts department. A lady phoned me. Probably the only one that knows what to do and unfortunately I did not get her name. She then informs me that my current contract will only be expiring Jan 2017. What I can do is pay an amount of R198 to pay off the hardware and then they will refund me and payment for new contract will go from there. Ok No problem. The new contract of R949 per month supposedly comes with free installation. I have called over 20 installers to have my services installed and all of them refuse to do it. So again I call multichoice and the woman says she will escalate it and it will take up to 24 hours. So now I've been paying for services I am not receiving. All this money and still I have no DSTV. Its pathetic. The way you treat your clients is disgusting. Maybe moving over to ShowMax is not such a bad idea!!!
