Do they know what Customer Service means ???

Early in 2015 I ordered an Explora decoder under the special offer of R799 per month frozen for two years. There were many problems in my getting the decoder due to ongoing lack of response to emails or an understanding of the root of their problem. By using hellopeter to complain, I eventually took delivery of the decoder at the end of March. There were still installation problems - again due to lack of information from Multichoice - but I was able to overcome these by visiting my nearest Multichoice agent - 120km away !

I received a letter from Multichoice dated 1st March 2016 advising of a price increase in my monthly subscription with effectfrom April. I emailed them on 3rd March advising that my subscription was 'frozen' but they then disputed this and asked for proof. I sent them copies of the emails relating to the original (2015) pro blems but I am still waiting for a response despite follow-ups via email. Although the increase is relatively small, being a pensioner I take advantage of special offers as often as I can.

Can someone generate some interest from Multichoice for me ?
