Do something about your despicable service urgently

What a useless phone call to their call center after speaking to Zanele *** and acknowledging my POP and telling me account is active yet no reconnection done. The service you pay for is totally despicable and for one fine check telling me the issue lies with me. After following all the instructions on getting errors cleared! So paying 1200 is okay, take my money but sorry no service for you!! Such a negative and disturbing service all around!!!!!!
