Do not waste your money on Disney Plus. The app is gone!!

So since DISNEY PLUS decided to change their app, it has become IMPOSSIBLE to update. Virtually driving one into a black hole of frustration where you are going round and round in circles trying to figure out HOW TO GET THE NEW APP ONTO YOUR SMART TV. The reason I am writing under DSTV is that I hope they will communicate with Disney over these ongoing issues. For over a week I have attempted to update the app on my smart TV.... Why? Because the app is also showing the message on my DSTV ULTRA DECODER!! Surely DSTV should have a way to update their Ultra decoders with the newest app?? I have since been forced to cancel my Disney plus subscription as I have been unable to enjoy the app as IT NO LONGER EXISTS in its current state! This is beyond frustrating as Disney Plus on socials have completely ignored all complaints and posts pertaining to the "new app". DSTV are partly responsible for this as I have my subscription through our Premium subscription with DSTV and I was accessing the app via my Ultra Decoder. I will also add that DSTV blatantly admitted that some smart TVs are not compatible with the Disney App but are very happy to sell you the subscription as an add on with their premium subs. Disney Plus need to acknowledge that they have let down millions of subscribers and I won't be surprised if they loose them too. I have canceled ours as mentioned simply because I am unable to access the app on either my smart TV or my Ultra decoder.
