Do not want to disconnect due to cancellation

Impossible to cancel subscription. My mother passed away a month ago, my sister and I paid the installments for her as a gift. After two emails, as per instructions on self help service and two phone calls to the customer centre, I still receive sms’ to pay. And now they send me an sms to say they will disconnect because I have not paid. No people I left you!!! Even if a principle thing. Disconnect me please.
