DO NOT TAKE INTERNET (WIFI) CONTRACT WITH DSTV

Dstv online chat agents are the worst, you speak to 3 different people about the same thing and you get 3 different answers. Each and every month there's something with them , worst decision i have ever made to take the wifi contract with Dstv. One agent says I can't connect because my data was not loaded when I paid month end and I should wait 3 hours,next agent says I should wait 24 hours for data to be loaded 3rd one says my wifi data is depleted. I mean which one is which? I specifically told NOMVULA MBATHA I need to submit reports in an hour's time but still it's after 17h00 I do not have Wifi. I took the effort and topped up so I can quickly do my work but still it's not loaded but the money for the top up is added on my dstv app for me to pay month end. WORST SERVICE EVER AND I WILL MAKE SURE I LET ALL.MY FRIENDS AND COLLEAGUES NOT TO LOOK ON THE DSTV DIRECTION WHEN LOOKING FOR WIFI FOR THEIR HOMES OTHERWISE THEY WILL LOOSE THEIR JOBS 🚮 WOULD BE VERY HAPPY TO TERMINATE
