Do not order off the DSTV website!
I ordered a remote for my decoder on the DSTV website on 21 June 2023. Today is 24 July 2023 and still no remote. According to their records it was delivered in January 2022. A miracle indeed! Not many businesses can deliver an item before you even know you need it! I have called, mailed and used the Facebook Messenger app all to no avail. All I get told is that the matter has been escalated and that the escalation has been escalated. After more than a month that means nothing to me I just want a working remote. My advise - do not use their website to order anything!

I am still waiting for the remote I ordered on 21 June 2023. It is now 01 August 2023.
How difficult is it to have one remote delivered? It was easy for you to take my money for the remote and take your money for my monthly subscrition.
It alos seems it is easy to hand out empty promises.
I would really apreciate the delivery of a remote to my address as promised.
