Do not make card payments on dstv website!! They don't understand the system.

The worst service ever!!!!!!!DON'T make card payments using PAYU on the dstv website when purchasing a streaming service!! Made a card payment on the website for the first time, purchasing the compact streaming package. The package is not activated, after numerous TIMES contacting them, they want a proof of payment, so I sent the bank statement showing the transaction but they refused the bank statement insisting they want a proof of payment. Proof of payments are valid for debit orders and efts, card payments show up as a transaction on your bank statement and its IMPOSSIBLE to get a proof of payment for a card swipe. The worst thing is they don't understand their system. This is a nightmare. If you are reading this avoid dstv stick to netflix, service is way better. Now they have my money and I have nothing but long phone calls to show for it. As we speak one of their agents has had me on the line for an hour and has put me hold and not helped me, this is a joke!!!
