Do not honour arrangements

<p>I am in arrears with my pricelock payment plan. I tried to do the right thing by contacting multichoice to enter into a payment arrangement to get this account up to date. They prommised to run the debit order on the 25th of March. By the 6th of April they still haven't run the debit. Now i get a sms to say they want to disconnect the service.</p>
