😡😡Do Not buy Dstv Internet😡😡😡Grudge purchase

My internet do not work.There is something wrong with the Sim Card,I spoke to dozens og agents that gave me such bad service.I followed the instruction to the tee ,the lights remain green and it says no internet.I used an extension cord to take the modem outside.Still green has not been able to use even 1 gig.I asked to cancel,they not allowing me to cancel.I want to go to Icasa because I'll never be able to use the internet and pay every month.It's expensive.I tried to call to chat on watsapp no help.No team leaders are ever available.I asked them to give me something from MTN to confirm that my Sim is working and loaded with the data.They can't provide that.Even if my signal is weak inside the house,surely outside it should have connected.Those lights stay green coz that Sim either dnt have data or is not connected on the network.The MTN Sim in our ones at home connect and is working so it cnt be that the MTN signal is that weak.
