do not believe it if multichoice offers you a prize lock

I would like to warn dstv members that the so called prize lock is not really a price lock. I signed up for a prize lock for two years at R900 per month but my monthly deduction increased to R928 per month months before the prize lock expired. I telephoned them and they say it is a hardware charge which does not make sense since they assured me that the amount would stay the same for the whole period so dont believe them if they offer you a prize lock.
