DO NOT BELIEVE DSTV ADVERTI*****TS ON TV

I have entered into an agreement to have an Explora supp**** and installed. The agreement was finalised on 16 March 2016. On the very same day I have received a sms confirming that the equipment will be delivered within 2 to 3 days and my bank account was debited with an amount of R 149. (The name of the person I have dealt with is Samantha)

On 31st March 2016 I have phoned their JHB office (telephone *** from Cape Town ). I spoke to Noluthendo (ref ***1/I53) who promised me that she will follow it up and that somebody will still contact me that same day. Until today nobody has contacted me.

On 5th April 2016 I phoned again and spoke to Fikile (ref ***1/I55) who told me the same as Nolothendo on 31 st March 2016.

The executive and senior staff hides behind a call centre. One cannot make contact with a senior person to lodge your complaint. I send an e-mail on 5 April and received an e-mail on 5th April that I will be contacted within 24 hours. Until now nobody contacted me. Another e-mail on 6 April apologising for the bad service and promised that I will be contacted. Still no reply. This to me is a breach of contract. Is this a ****?
