do as you like, dont worry about your clients

im kind of starting to get the hell in with the people responsible for the billing as the dstv accounts department, over the past few years, i have no less than 3 incorrect debit orders taken off my account, which instead of taking the normal one months debit order they took 3 months worth.

the latest one you have tried with me is on a returned payment from july where my services were disconnected (so in plain english no payment no product no problem) now in october some 4 months later there are trying to make me pay for disconnected services.

in september i went into the walk in centre and made sure the account was clear and settled, even made a payment in advance, now come the end of october they expect me to pay R1538 for a single dstv premium package,

now they wonder why i refuse to have a debit order as without my knowledge they would have just whipped double out my account and caused more hassles for me to get that reversed.

if they cannot manage their billing system properly they cant come to me some 3 months later and try ask for more money,

Hello jpytlik,

It is with regret that we learn of the frustration and inconvenience you have experienced with your account. Please accept our sincere apologies for the delayed response in this regard.

As per our telephonic conversation after we had advised of the reversals of reconnection fees and also the amount billed wrongly for two decoders you have informed us that you were not entirely happy with the explanation so you prefer to visit the Walk In Centre. The invoice date to make payments is always the 26th day of the month. Please do not hesitate to use any of our touchpoints below inorder to contact us if you experience any challenges in the future.

Our intention is certainly not to provide a sub-standard service to our customers. In fact, our focus is to provide great experience to our customers in all your dealings with us.
