Ditch MultiChoice
My DSTV decoder has somehow been hacked and movies on BoxOffice are being rented by an unknown third party on my account. I have spent hours on the telephone with MultiChoice since 2 March, received 3 references, 3 promises to "escalate" the issue to a certain Mandla(who must be deceased) and one promise to disconnect BoxOffice from my service. Movies are still being rented on my account. I have been forced to cancel my debit order by virtue of the breach of contract by MultiChoice.

06 Mar 2022, 11:20My first complaint was lodged on 28 Feb, the 2nd complaint on 03 March and the 3rd one on 06 March. On each occassion I was promiced a response within 24 hrs from MultiChoice. I have been forced to stop my dbit order as a result of your actions and absolute no interest in resolving the issue. On 3 March your operator confirmed that BoxOffice would be removed/blocked from my service. Why, despite this undertaking, was this not done pending an explanation of the breach of security? I am not holding my breath with regard to a response from your establishment. Your response to this problem is less than poor. It is no wonder that your subscriber base in SA is shrinking.
