distgusting service - call avoiding, and manipulation of stats

I would like to lay a formal complaint about the putrid service DSTV gives, Ive been meesed around long enough and for some reason you cant get hold of someone long enough only for them to drop the line 4 times, they dont want you to speak to a manager yet they quick to tell you that you owe money, they put you on hold and then cold refresh me when been put on hold, i am disgusted as i myself work in a call centre and serious action wouldve been taken for those agents who are call avoiding, i would like all my calls reviewed on the 29/10/2023, i would like someone to contact me urgently, im not here for jokes,
