Distasteful service by Dstv

Very unpleasant service from Dstv, got a call from their consultant offering a discount for not paying subscription fee for the month, I take the discount and make payment on the 25th like agreed and confirmed via sms with the consultant assuring me of not paying reconnection fees . Suddenly, I’ve incurred charges that I was not informed of, subscription suspended and no one can locate the consultant who called me. Very very poor customer service from them from a 900 odd fee I now have to pay 1200 odd. Very unfair and pathetic for such major company.
