Dissatisfied

If I could rate DSTV 0 I would. My dr order was reversed on the 30th and then I paid it on the 1 of October. I was then told my funds were not allocated. I then phoned Multichoice on the 3rd after they have disconnected me and they said I must send proof of payment for them to reconnect me. I did send but my funds were only allocated on the 10 hence why today the 13 I have been disconnected again. Now I have been penalized for the fact that the service provider that collects payments takes time to reflect. I am beyond hurt.
