Dissatisfied dstv customer

I'm disappointed with Dstv accounts system . Last month I've been *******ly debited for pvr which I did not request . They sorted the problem but this month my account again debited again for pvr payment. I'm a pensioner and cannot afford to make calls all the time. Also having to pay extra fees at bank with them taking off more funds from my account. Had more than enough problems with Dstv.
