Dissatisfied customer
I am not happy with the service from Multichoice. I have been a loyal customer for as long as i can remember however what I get in return for my moyalty is bad service. Why is there an increase of more than 10% on my monthly premiums when the inflation rate is way below that??? This type of service is a total *******. Where is value for money? The content keeps on being reapeted all the time yet the premium is sky high.
