Dissatisfied customer

I think multichoice is outstanding in connecting you as soon as payment is made ,I had a remarkable experience when I became a first time member,but then came the dissatisfaction with a promise made and not kept,I felt totally cheated and until this day had no resolution or heard anything after I queried.Its months later and I would like them to make good on their promise,which is to pay on time for 3months and get the 4th month on them,I have the saved message in my ph with that request.hoping I get to hear from one of their customer liaison officers.
