Dissatisfied client - no Box Office, no help, not happy

Terrible service and support from Multi Choice. My Box Office has not worked since creating a new account over a month ago and feed I keep on getting saying there is a problem and we do not know when it will be fixed. 6 weeks later and no feedback, unacceptable . My account says 'Box Office is not supported in your region' and I am in the middle of Johannesburg!
