Dissatisfied and feel like a puppet

I am so utterly disappointed and hurt broken by the Servise I received from DSTV, especially the contact centre, am still waiting for a call back from a team leader called Nelisiwe. I spoke to Mihlali, Bonke Xulu, Sonke Mkhwabazi, Andiswa Phikiwe, Manisivile Stock. Mantsho and Mbalenhle and for a query to drag for a month goes to show how DSTV puts profits before customer satisfaction
