Dissatisfied

My service was suspended yesterday morning i phone and asked what happened because i did make a payment via cellphone banking on the 3rd.A lady by the name of Michaela asked me to send proof i did and have been waiting for over 24hrs while they sit and tell the next customer to do the same thing
