Dissatisfied

I am so dissatisfied with the service from Dstv, I have been paying my package before every 31st of the month, and this time I requested them to update the date of the 7th to my package.

They sent the email that it is updated, but I received another SMS saying my service is terminated and need to pay 181.29 while my package is only 110, where does that come from, they must go away with their service and its not the first time they do this to me. This is very silly why did they sent me a mail saying my date has been updated and later in the day I receive the SMS of the termination.

And they must explain why should I pay 181.29, this is not the service I am expecting from Dstv, they are not improving and this has to stop
