Dissatisfied

I have been having problems with my xtraview decoder for over a week, it's not playing only showing error messages.I have spent so much airtime calling their callcentre and nobody seems to be able to assist.They make me run around the house connecting and disconnecting but still nothing.They promise to call back but nothing.Im so disappointed with MultiChoice as they never fail to debit my account but they fail to assist when a customer has a problem
