Dissappointment

Im very upset with the level of help from dstv been trying to downliad my services from the 29th of february till today . I dont know how much airtime ive used calling them called on saturday cakked on sunday and called countless times today but todays events take the cup a lady thst was assisting me told me the matter wohld be escalated but i would still be able yo watch my tv and as i guessed it no tv stuck on 100 and then had to callback and was told that i dont have any services on my account i must wait 4 hours and it will be sorted still waiting but my accoubts paid in full . Honestly they need to train their staff. Im totally disappointed
