Dissappointed Client

I am very disappointed by the service I have received from DSTV I paid two amounts in DEC from my subscription for Dec and Jan , only for my services to be suspended on the 6th of Jan with no notification from them, it has been a nightmare since then, called the call center service was poor like always did not get an answers as to why my services were switched off, went to one of the stores to be told that my payments were reversed as there were duplicate payments , when I query where this money was reversed to as I did not receive any funds back showing my bank statement as proof and the payments that I made were not a debit order, could not get any answer at the store as well and was told to consult my bank. My bank confirmed no money was reversed back to my acc, went back and tried to email DSTV same story I am being told different stories everyday to date now and being told to reconnect I NEED TO PAY ANOTHER AMOUNT but I am not being given any straight answer as to where my money went even the amount I am told I owe changes everyday when I query. The watsapp service is pathetic. I was told yesterday by a Amanda Katsio that I now have a credit balance of R97.88 and to reconnect services an amount of R170.93 is due for payment and will cover viewing until the 31-01-2020. Today someone different (Monica Govana) emails me stating The amount that you need to pay is R268.81 which will cover you from 15-01-2020 to 31-01-2020, I mean how am I suppose to trust that my services will be reconnected once I pay this amount, how do I even believe that my money wont disappear again, I am disgusted by DSTV as now the last resort I am being reverted to go to their head office in N1 City truly disappointed.
