DISSAPOINTED *********** CONSULTANT

MCA is usually efficient and excellent with their service however today i'm disgusted and utterly dissapointed in the way a consultant by the name of ROXY JOSEPH handled my account. She called me to attempt to explain the billing on the account however due to her incompetence she battled. i advised to rather call me back once she has figured out the errors, i was advised that my account was on a credit and that recconnection fees will be reversed to my surprise she calls back with a different story and note hours later, I still have not recieved my statemnt despite numerous call requesting such and i have still not recived a call from their suipervisor LEBO. I ESCALATED MY REQUEST TO Keabetso MONTWEDI who did not send any emails as requested. I'VE NEVER AHTED DSTV as mucha i am now and cant wait for a competent competitor in t market- cusro nu- ***0 call ***- *********** rude and dowright a liability of a consulta- ROXANNE/ROXY JOSEPH
