dissapointed in terrible servive

after 49 MINUTES on line Wendy Tshabala tells me that there is no manager to assist me with my query, what is going on at multichoice. This is very, very bad, multichoice is quick to call you when they want something but to attend to your queries no calls, and they leave you handing on the line , No answers. right now it looks like its Best to cancel my Dstv , I am not happy at all
