Dissapointed in dstv service

I am so upset with Dstv, I've been I contact with he call center for 4 days,I've spoken to 8 different agents if not more and gotten different stories from each of them, my service was suspended after I paid my premium, upon calling in the lady told me I paid R64 short, I immediatly paid R70, sent proof of payment still my services was suspended. I called I again and said I had to pay R580 for a funeral cover I CANCELLED, I have orrof of cancelation. I said it can't be, I requested to be called back by someone that could give me the correct t information, I never received a call. I then spoke to someone who said if I pay R281. 82 I could be reconnected, I immediatly sent R290. I'm still disconnected. I called this morning and said I'll be called by a team leader to sort it out, Luyanda Mazibuko, no calls have been received since. I will not pay Dstv a cent more 😡I want my service reconnected or my money back, ***** u dstv, does the bad reviews not show you that you clearly have a problem!!! U take our money and in return we get putrid service.
