This is my 3rd review about multichoice. They reply privately so they can leave you hanging and not not do anything about your queries. I regret the day I upgraded my explora. My showmax is not working and no one can fix it. The useless consultants always say they will call back when they realise that they can't fix and they never call. The last consultant to promise to call me his name is Tebalelo, i begged him to call and not be like others and he never did after her promised. I'm not happy with multichoice and they are charging me a normal fee but only got not even half of the service from them.
