Dissapointed

Im so dissapointed in your service.. in the begining of the month i downgrade to the R99 package and i was advised by the consultant that R99 will be taken on the 25/09.. to my suprise you debited the full compact instalment.. I WANT MY MONEY BACK cause i budgeted with that money.. if i dont get my money back within 2 days, i will take this further. Go listen to your call recording where i was advised that only R99 will be taken
