dissapointed

On the 19th of march 2018 the installers came to fit the dish and to set up the decoder . I am a first time customer at DSTV they told me it would take 2 hours and if not on yet it will be on the next day . My mom is at home and she told me it is still of i phone then multi choice today the lady I spoke she told me to go Google for everything and then I spoke to the sup visor regarding her attitude and then I put the phone down in her ear and I phone back in and I spoke to a consultant named lucas and he took all the details and still nothing is showing and tonight I phoned in again and the lady sandile told me it would took 24 hours to 48 hours and lucks told me it would be immediately on I am very angry and dissapointed in multi choice due to there service to a new customer .. I would like someone to phone me because everyday I will put multi choice on hellopeter.com
