Disrespectful

I received a call now at 11h54 from a Mzwanele from your outbound sales team. He offers me a decoder @ R169 p/m and when I refuse to take the offer he says and I quote : "Oh Nkosi yami, ucabang' ukuthi ngizoncenga" meaning "Oh God, you think I will beg" then ends the call.

If these are the kind of people you have in your employ, you are allowing your company to fall deep into complete disrepute. I will not tell you what to do, but if you care about your brand then you certainly don't neednthe likes of that guy.
